2018-09-18 Install pyensae with extra dependencies

pyensae does not declare all dependencies by default.

For example, the instruction %lod_ext pyensae in a notebook imports pyensae.notebookhelper which requires extra dependencies to be installed with the following instructions:

pip install pyensae[notebookhelper]

And to install pyensae with multiple options:

pip install pyensae[graphhelper,datasource,finance,languages,notebookhelper]
